**1. Processing Times**
* **Standard Boutique Items:** Orders are processed within **2–3 business days**.
* **Custom Apparel Items:** Since these are printed specifically for you, please allow **3–5 business days** for production before they ship.
* *Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.*
**2. Estimated Shipping Times**
We partner with specialized artisans and warehouses to bring you the best quality. To keep our collection curated and affordable, items ship directly from our partners.
* **United States (Domestic):** Most orders arrive within **7–12 business days** after processing.
* **Custom Items:** Typically arrive faster, usually within **5–8 business days** after production.
* **Note:** You may receive your order in multiple packages if you purchased items from different collections .
**3. Shipping Rates**
- **Standard Shipping:**

- **Free Shipping: We are proud to offer
- Free Standard Shipping** on all orders over $75.00
**4. Tracking Your Order**
Once your order ships, you will receive a **Shipping Confirmation Email** containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
**5. Address Accuracy**
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. As a brand of **CR Top Services TX Inc**, we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
**6. Delays & Lost Packages**
While we strive for perfection, delays can happen due to carrier backlogs or weather. If your order has not arrived within **20 business days** of shipment, please contact us at **racasagi1@gmailcom** so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
