**Racasagi Return & Refund Policy**

At Racasagi Living, we want you to feel completely at home with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your sanctuary, we are here to help.

**14-Day Return Window**

You have **14 days** from the date your item was **delivered** to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

**2. Eligibility & Condition**

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

* Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

* In the original packaging with all tags still attached.

* Free of any scents, pet hair, or visible wear.

*Note: Sale items and gift cards are Final Sale and cannot be returned.*

**3. Required Return Approval (Mandatory)**

**Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on your shipping label.** To initiate a return, you must first contact us at **racasagi1@gmail.com**.

* Please include your Order Number and a photo of the item.

* Once approved, we will provide you with a **Return Authorization Number (RA#)** and the correct warehouse address for your specific item.

* **Returns sent without an RA# or to the wrong facility will not be eligible for a refund.**

### **4. Shipping Costs**

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

### **5. Refunds**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
